Return Policy

Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and return form included in the return shipment.

**Extended Holiday Returns: For orders placed between November 1 and December 31, we offer free extended returns through January 31 This is an extension of our typical 30-day return window. We understand that the festive months are busy, and we want to make sure every gift received fits just perfectly. Happy holidays!**

If the item(s) you received did not fit, please give us a call at 951-549-3610 or email us at sales@oomphies.net for an exchange request. We offer exchanges for different sizes of the same style. We will issue the return shipping label for free, but you must pay the shipping for the new pair being sent out. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition or restocking fees may apply. All exchanges are dependent on existing stock.

Oomphies reserves the right to institute a $4-8 restocking fee, per item, when said items are returned against the above stated Return Policy. Depending on circumstances you will be issued either online store credit to be used during your next purchase or credit in the same form of purchase of the original item.

Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of sale.
